What kind of support do you offer if I get stuck?

We have created a series of videos to assist you with the basics of hearing aid use and care. 

You will have access to telehealth video calling with our audiologists, to help you with any fine tuning or management issues.

We also have a dedicated support website, with chat, phone and email support, should you get stuck.

You are also welcome to attend in person at any one of our nationwide locations for support.
