What happens if I am not happy with my hearing aid choice?

You have two options available to you. You have access to a full 60 day money back guarantee or the option to exchange.

Money Back Guarantee

Not a problem at all. We offer a full 60 day Money back guarantee with all our hearing aids. Simply notify us of your intention to return the hearing aid to us and post or courier it to us, insured, to PO BOX 548, Varsity Lakes, QLD, 4227.

Alternatively, you can drop it off at your local Value Hearing clinic location within 60 days of receiving them. 

We will check that the hearing aids are in a good, working condition and that the packaging and inclusions are in reasonable condition. If all checks out, we will proceed to process your refund. 

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for the hearing aids before they are delivered to us. So make sure they are insured when sending them back. 

Option to exchange

If you simply wish to exchange it for another model, you are allowed to do so within the initial 60 day period from the date you receive the hearing aids. 

Start by notifying us of your intent to exchange by email or calling us on 1300 586 104. You simply need to pay or get refunded any difference in pricing and return the unwanted hearing aids to us. Once we have received the unwanted hearing aids, we will process the payment/refund and arrange the hearing aid/s to be fitted. 

Once the exchange has occurred, you still have 60 days in which to return the hearing aids for a full refund.
