We are happy to provide you with a full refund on your hearing aid purchase for any reason under the following conditions:

  • You notify us of the intent to return your purchase for a refund, via chat, email, or phone call prior within the first 60 days of you receiving your hearing aid/s
  • We have received your hearing aid/s back in our office,  in an as-new, working condition within the first 60 days of you receiving your hearing aids, unless otherwise arranged. 
  • All hearing aid packing and inclusions are returned in good condition with reasonable consumable usage e.g some batteries have been used - is OK.
  • You are responsible for returning the hearing aids back to one of our physical store locations, so make use of insurance and tracking if you choose not to deliver it back to us in person. 

If these conditions are not met, we may offer only a partial or no refund as long as it does not interfere with your statutory rights. We aim to do the right thing by you. 


Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the hearing aids back in our office.
